The online community is a space where you can connect with other subscribers—caregivers, teachers, and advocates—who share a passion for social justice and equity.

Each month, we’ll come together around a children's book, using discussion prompts, activities, and resources to spark conversations and collective growth. Here, we learn from one another, support each other, and grow as a community committed to creating a more just world for the next generation.

  • Practical Resources for ALL Ages

You’ll receive actionable resources for both you and your children, making social justice, anti-bias, anti-racist, and equity-focused education a central part of your home or classroom.

With book guides, hands-on activities, and reflection tools tailored for adults and children, these materials are designed to support your own growth alongside your children’s, empowering you to raise and teach the next generation of compassionate, justice-driven individuals.

  • Justice in Action

Every month, we’ll explore a specific aspect of social justice, unpacking how it connects to our daily lives. Whether it's equity, inclusion, or advocacy, you’ll get resources that help you introduce these powerful concepts to children in meaningful ways, while also deepening your own understanding.

  • Book Resources for Engaged Learning

Alongside our monthly focus book, you’ll receive curated resources that include reading guides, activity suggestions, and extension ideas. These materials will help you bring the themes of the book to life, encouraging rich conversations and interactive learning experiences for both adults and children.

Hey there, I’m Jasmine

I’m the passionate advocate behind Little Sprouts of Equity. This initiative was born out of my commitment to empower caregivers and educators to nurture empathy, fairness, and justice in children from ages 0 to 8.

As adults, we need the tools to start creating change now; we can’t wait for our children to fix the world when they’re older. The time is now to take action and root ourselves in the community, which is why I created this space.

I’ve always loved books and reading, and I believe that stories can be powerful tools for sparking meaningful conversations. I noticed a gap in resources that offered practical ways to use books to foster understanding, especially for the youngest learners.

Unlike many subscription services that focus solely on kindergarten and up, Little Sprouts of Equity is dedicated to supporting early childhood development, ensuring that every child has the foundation they need to thrive in a just world.

Whether you’re a caregiver, educator, or community leader, know that you’re not alone in this work.
